Payment Verification Policy

Policy Detail

Cardholder Presence
The individual whose name is on the credit or debit card used for payment (the “Paying Cardholder”) must be present at the time of boat charter check-in or service commencement.

Identification Match

U.S. COAST GUARD REGULATIONS: The (Booker) Paying Cardholder must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification (e.g., Driver’s License or Passport) that exactly matches the name printed on the payment card used for the booking.


Failure to Comply

 

Failure to present the matching card and ID at the time of the charter will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. No refund will be issued unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation Policy.

 

U.S. COAST GUARD REGULATIONS: Bareboat Charter Contract and bareboat conditions summary must be signed by Booker.

Captain List: Booker must choose a Captain from a provided list emailed after booking.

The Captain’s fee is included in the rental price but is paid separately before departure (via Cash, Zelle, or CashApp).

Guests must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID to rent any of the yachts. 

Any guests younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.

Please, NO shoes inside the boat OR yACHTS. Only Water Shoes, Rubber Sandals 

Alcohol is permitted on the boats, but please do not bring red wine as it will stain the boat. Stains will be charged separately.

Hookah nor cigarettes are not permitted on the boats. All other smoking and vapes are acceptable. 

Rain and Cancellation Policies

Rain Policy

Captain’s Discretion: in the event of severe weather conditions, we can either reschedule or cancel the trip. If the trip is canceled, you will be provided with a refund.

If 2 hours before the appointment, there is a 70% chance of rain for more than half of the trip, you have 3 options:
1- Keep the reservation
2- Postpone for a few hours, based on availability
3- Receive an in-house credit and reschedule for another day

Cancellation & Refund Policy

DEPOSIT REFUNDS

Cancellations within 3 days (72 hours) of the reservation date & time are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

NO SHOWS are Non-Refundable.

LATE to the booking start time, it will not be extended or refunded.
